Sometimes the best way is the simplest way: the tried and true needle roll for all your straight needles.
The 1st row is 7" (18cm) deep with six 1.5" (4cm) wide pockets and one 3" (7.5cm) wide pocket, great for a row counter or scissors. The 2nd row is 10" (25.5cm) deep with 8 pockets. A 2.5" (6cm) flap covers the tops of the needles and prevents them from falling out when rolled.
